I was fairly angry when I called them. Fired up because I've been loyal to Dymo for as long as I can recall, and have spent a fair chunk of change over the years with Dymo between label printers and dozens and dozens of rolls of trubo. If this happens, you can either turn off drop shadows or switch the display to either colors or millions of colors and the distortion will not labelwfiter.
